These terms apply to eshuchikoti.com and the client portal at portal.eshuchikoti.com (together, "the site"), operated by Eshu Chikoti, an Illinois licensed real estate broker (#475.211139) with RE/MAX Top Performers. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Information only, not advice
Articles, town guides, calculators, market updates and other content on the site are general information. They are not legal, tax, lending, investment or appraisal advice. Talk to a qualified attorney, accountant or lender about your own situation.
Listings and home values
- Listing information comes from Midwest Real Estate Data LLC (MRED) and other sources. It is deemed reliable but not guaranteed, and it may change or be withdrawn at any time. Verify all details, including square footage, schools and taxes, independently.
- Listing data is provided for your personal, non-commercial use to find property you may be interested in buying. You may not copy, resell or redistribute it.
- Home value estimates are computer-generated opinions based on available data. They are not appraisals and should not be relied on for lending or legal purposes.
No agency relationship
Using the site, creating an account or contacting us does not by itself create a real estate agency or brokerage relationship. That relationship begins only when we both sign a written agreement, as Illinois law requires.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity on your account.
- Give accurate information and keep it current.
- We may suspend or close an account that misuses the site or breaks these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, copy or harvest listings, contact details or other data from the site, by automated means or otherwise;
- try to get into accounts, systems or data you are not authorized to use;
- interfere with the site's operation or security;
- use the site for anything unlawful, including any discrimination prohibited by fair housing laws.
Content and trademarks
The site's text, design, photos and graphics belong to Eshu Chikoti or are used with permission. RE/MAX and the RE/MAX balloon are trademarks of RE/MAX, LLC. Each RE/MAX office is independently owned and operated.
Links to other sites
The site links to sites we don't control, such as listing portals, lenders and government pages. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer and limit of liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, or for decisions you make based on information on it.
